The Bank´s senior management is comprised of the President, Manager of Administration, and Manager of Loans.
The President of the PIDB is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the President is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Bank. He/she is elected by a vote of not less than two-thirds of the total number of the Governors, and serves a five (5) year term. The President may be removed by a vote of not less than two-thirds of the total number of the Governors. The President also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Manager of Administration, who is appointed by the President, oversees the Bank´s administration which covers the broad area of accounting, finance, personnel, support services, and coordination of Board meetings and activities.
Manager of Loans, who is also appointed by the President, oversees the entire lending program and operations of the bank. He/she works closely with the President in ensuring a quality loan portfolio and in meeting the bank´s loan and lending goals.
